- Ensure that the Sirius application, service, network and infrastructure are being monitored 24x7
- Escalate and manage any incident or potential incident to ensure quickest restoration of service

- Attend Daily standup meeting and Weekly IT Team Meeting for update the current work and assignment, also with customer meeting
