ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Perform trouble shoot the problem related to processes and products; both polymers coated and OLC production.
 Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and to meet goals for production, quality, and product cost.
 Create a Continuous Improvement culture across the business through deployment of a standardized lean management system and a standardized approach to operating systems.
 Facilitate the sharing of “best practices” methods and ideas internally and across the division
 Provide the information for quality, investigate, and analyze necessary information to related parties.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
 Responsible for production of catheter at the Hatyai facility.
 Control output vs schedule and operate with efficiency, cost in consideration and on time delivery.
 Ensure all products are produced in accordance to SOP and in compliance to the quality management systems.
 Ensure all production organization is adequately staffed with competent people to carry out their responsibility and attain manufacturing goals required by the organization.
 Coordinate the efforts of the staff functions within the manufacturing department.
 Responsible for proper implementation of the company policies.
 Evaluate, train and motivate those direct reports.
 Ensure all manufacturing equipment is properly installed and qualified before use.
 Ensure all safety and health guidelines are followed in all production departments.
