I have 25 years’ experience catering in oil and gas industries and maintaining food supply chain at sites. Now days I am working in Orient petroleum as a camp boss and senior camp Administrator, I have experience attending more than 550 POB in routine days, also I performed my job as a camp manager in different sites and facilities. As a camp administrator I have interaction with expats who are belonging from different countries like UK, USA, Canadian, Australian, new Zaland Polish etc. As a camp administrator it is my responsibility that I have to maintain vegetable grocery beverages, fresh and frozen meat supply on weekly basis or in some cases daily as per OSHA standards. As a camp administrator it is my responsibility that I have to maintain camp hygiene and safety protocols and also inspection of different stores their maintenance's, segregation of wastage and FIFO. It is also my responsibility that I am designing menu of different types of food on monthly basis and also design sick person menu too.
