Duties & Responsibilities
: Go site survey & measurement around project
: Making Layout plan & floor plan by AutoCAD
: Quantity take off & compute BQ breakdown cost
: Invite quotation from subcontractor & choose fair price with good quality subcontractor
: Inquire material price in market price
: Design composite signboard by SketchUp
: Supervise dry wall partition , glass partition, tempered door installation , ceiling Work , Tile flooring, parquet flooring , furniture work such as library , aluminum composite Installation, painting work, brick work , plastering work , demolition , floor concreting , iron grill work , reception counter table , chair, aluminum slide door installation & other concerning civil work
: Final inspection , measure & compute all actual cost

Duties & Responsibilities
(Tendering Work)
: Arrange to invite the Sub-cons’ quotations and discuss and point out the specification sub con’s understanding
: Measure and Quantity Take All RC Work
: Query to Consultants for Tender Clarifications
: Tabulate the quantities in Tender Document
: Breakdown the Project Rebar Ratio and Formwork Ratio
: Tabulate the cost and prepare the bill of quantity all RC work
: Prepare to submit tender documents

(Construction & Finishing Work)
: Prepare and tabulate the Project Budget for each materials
: Drawing Registration and check the Contraction Drawing against contract drawing
: Market analysis and Invite the quotations from some more Sub-cons and material supplier
: Prepare to contract and negotiate the price and agreement with sub-cons and suppliers and help to develop procurement strategies
: Study construction drawing, specifications & contracts to Understand the project requirement
: Supervise of RC structure work & coordinate with sub-Contractor to achieve daily work
: Attend site meeting & follow up with necessary report.
: Reported directly to Project Manager of daily site progress
: Assist Senior Engineer & Project Manager to oversee the Whole project
: Send rebar sample & Concrete cube sample to laboratory for testing strength
: Check, proceed, arrange and tabulate the Material Orders and budget monitoring
: Check actual work-done and certify Sub-con Payments
: Prepare Progress Claims and Progress Report
: Measure and submit All VO work-done
: Breakdown Final Claim and Financial Statement
