Responsible for monitor environment system (Water, Air) in nonfood and food Plant by coordinate with team for take sample and summary result for analyze & verify by yearly
Validation Cleaning and Disinfect for cleaning method.
Review hygienic design of new machine with engineer team for prevent micro alert from machine and reduce the risk of contamination from machine.
Prepare training content about GHPs, GMP, Halal, Hygienic design for train employee.
Participate internal and external Audit with team and prepare document for support audit and monitor corrective action for improve Minor or CARs.
Pest control: Coordinate with 3rd party Ecolab for prevent, improve gap about pest and summary issue for discussion and align action with team factory
