• Prepare sales documents (invoices, credit/debit notes).
• Create customer quotations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage stock to align with customer production plans.
• Input sales forecasts for material procurement planning.
• Process job orders and calculate raw material needs.
• Enter purchase orders (PO) into the system.

• Support sales in opening PO into Data-net system and
ERP system.
• Open mastercard new model work into the Data-net
and ERP systems. Before letting the planning company
plan the production.
• Issue various sales documents (Invoice, Credit, Debit,
ETC)
• Contact and coordinate externally and internally.
• Support all ERP systems within the organization (Price,
edit information, new model, Stock)
