With 13 years at True Corporation as a Senior Engineer and Senior System Analyst, I specialize in System Engineering and Telephony Operations to manage the True Contact Center System Platform which is the largest contact center in Thailand, with nearly 4,000 agents offering Voice Inbound / Outbound and Non-Voice support across various channels. JOB DESCRIBTIONS & TECHNICAL SKILL
• Operate end-to-end True Contact Center and the surrounding systems.
• Lead in system administrator of Telephony IVR Inbound Voice, E-Service (Chat, Twitter, Facebook, Email, Pantip).
• Part of TRUE & DTAC Contact Center merging & migration Project (Lead in Inbound & E- Service).
• Using Remedy to manage TT issue, follow up, tracking progress, RCA Summary with action plan, Investigation and preliminary resolution. Requirement & Impact assessment to serve business.
• Experience to work with Agile process team PO/BA/SA/DEV using JIRA tools.
• Support of users request for services via UA, UR, e-mail, project coordinator, and provide the report.
• Develop Monitoring tools and system planning of Call Center systems to ensure a smooth operation.
• Vendor coordinating.
