• Support VP Marketing, Functional Directors, and Regional Heads of Sales and Marketing
for 14 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East, India & Africa.
• Support VP and Expats in both business (marketing, finance & HR) and personal
matters.
• Support Regional activities (meetings & Conventions) face-2-face and virtual.
• Travel arrangement (VISA, flight tickets, accommodations, expenses, agendas, and Land)
logistics).
• Point of contact for the Marketing Regional office.
• Support marketing campaigns and launches (shooting & domestic and overseas
Shipment).
• Support Event Manager for all Merchandise items processes (Pricing negotiation,
Product QC, Production timeline, Shipment and Payment)
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers (contract, supplier registration, invoicing, and payment).
• Manage VP's Calendar effectively.
• Handle confidential documents.
• Prescreening for all documents prior to VP's approval.
• Support VP for reimbursement, corporate credit card expenses, and financial related.
• Attend business meetings and calls, taking minutes and following up.
• Handle administrative tasks for VP and Functional Directors.
• Fully Support VP's family member for VISA, Immigration document and submission, 90-
day report, tax, residences, school fee, travel arrangement including driving licenses
(registration, extension, documentation, and reminding for the renewal).
• Handle office renovation, staff birthday party & gift also any special occasions and team
activities (outing, FIKA, New Year Party, etc) within given budget.
• Coordinate and contact with internal departments and external organizations,
government department and ministries.
• Handle all foods and beverages for office.
• Coordinate with Office building Manager, maids, and security for any arrangement or
maintenance required.
• Oversee office supplies and equipment, ordering and restocking as needed.
• Arrange office items for onboarding staff.
• Manage company assets and annual report.
