ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsible for sale operation both before and after sales.
Accepting and processing orders, operate all POS system, customer’s payment, issue Vat refunds and tax invoices for customers.
Handle refund, exchanges and returns.
Check products from-to warehouse.
Do store stock checking, fill product to shelves and store’s neatness.
Alerts the supervisor of potential issues.
Do other tasks as assigned.
Customer service

Welcoming customers into the store.
Explaining to customers the best products for their needs.
Recommending related products to increase sale and enrich shopping experiences.
Promoting special sales, offer and awareness of company loyalty program.
