- Documents and reports preparation for arrival and departure flights
- Coordinate with airport and government departments.
- Act as the primary contact with oversea station in various countries
- Check-in process and view travel documents for completeness and
accuracy
- Audit the aircraft’s cleanliness, ensuring it meets cabin cleaning
requirements
- Professionally manage and control boarding gate activities to ensure
flight on-time performance
