-Collect information asset IT (PC,Notebook,Printer,CCTV)
- Provide printer before send to customer (QC Check Printer, update firmware)
- On-Site support technician setup printer (Driver printer, network)
- Remote support customer troubleshoot issue printer
- Provide support and troubleshoot various hardware and software issues within the organization, including updates.
- Remote support customer from leader assign or customer contact (Telephone, Line, Line Official Account) Support software Microsoft office 365, Next cloud, RaiDrive, Box, NAS synology, FotiClient VPN, and specific programs
- Coordinate with vendors regarding software and hardware contract renewals, and handle IT equipment purchases with the purchasing department.
- Install and resolve basic issues in MS Windows Server, Active Directory, File Server, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10-11.
- Troubleshoot basic issues in laptops, desktop computers, wireless access points, switches, routers, monitors, firewalls, CCTV, face scanners, and printers.
- MA on-site monthly check Hardware and software (Check hardware compare customer info, run diagnostic check hardware, Windows update, firmware update, check battery notebook, scan virus)
- Maintain and store asset documents related to the responsibilities
