ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
■ Launch new program : Vehicle seats assembly (Mitsubishi Motors)
■ Oversees with all launch teams to discuss goals, timelines, deliverables, obstacles, and dependencies.
■ Oversees the launch of every new part from customer PO through production ramp up for successful launch (timing, quantity and quality).
■ Oversees the trial phase : Time plan /Build readiness /4M Change / Customer audit /Run at rate /Capacity analysis /logistics.
■ Oversees budget management /investment /CAR /Maintain program cost budget in a monthly base (BOM cost / Launch cost / Capex).
■ Co-operate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts and evaluates products.
■ Ensure the team develops/finalizes special characteristics, design reviews , control plans.
■ Escalate any critical issues and risks to the management team at early stage to solve the launch roadblocks.

■ Coordinate with the Project Team Global to identify needs for new products and specification
■ Lead to Design process assembly for new product : Layout /Man power &Man map /Capacity (JPH) /Cycle time /Line balance.
■ Lead to preparation readiness : Process flow ,PFMEA ,JDS , Gate check point new model /Jig fixture /Tools & Equipment /Rack supply /Conveyor.
■ Lead to prcess improvement : Lean process /7Wast eliminate /Ergonomics process.

■ Lead to imrpovement production line : Safety ,Quality ,Cost ,Delivery and factory key processes.
■ Manage manufacturing budget control /Investment improvement production line/Cost reduction /Improvement process/Purchase Jig Fixture.
■ Manage &coach and mentor to Supervisor and Technicians (Shopfloor) to achieve of their development skill planning.
