-Receive complaints from customers and from the Dohome call center via phone or social media platforms.
-Communicate with customers in Line Facebook Dohome and Facebook Branches.
-Coordinate with other departments to follow up the process of assignment.
-Gather data to make record cases in Salesforce system.
-Use SAP to check orders of customer and follow up tracking number or invoice.
-Coordinate with other branches to check stocks products and use home services.
