ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Manage QC&QA activities as below :
- Planning QC&QA manpower.
- Planning QC&QA's annual budget.
- Monitor Incoming process (Polyethylene ,Resin ,Ink&Solvent)
- Oversee In-process inspection (LLDPE Film from Blow film process and
Printing process) and co-operate with the relate section to reach the good quality of
plastic product (Food grade type).
- Monitor the non conforming product.
- Control the recording of product data into ERP program and create product identification labels.
- Maintain and improve standard of quality (GHPs&HACCP ,ISO9001:2015)
- Oversee Claim&Complaint from the customer.
- Monitor Recall product and mock recall process.
- Prepared Product specification and approved COA.
- Monitor Food Contact Material following Notification of the Ministry of Public Health
No.435 (2565 ,Thailand) , U.S.21 CFR FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (F.D.A) Regulation
PART 177.1520 CLAUSES (C) (2.1) On Polyethylene ,DIRECTIVE 94/62/EC (Packaging and
packaging waste) For Toxic Elements Test ,Commission Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 etc.
- Review the operating procedures document (QP, WI, SD, FM).
- Oversee the calibration process.
