-Prepare Daily Report.
-Prepare documents for opening new stores, adding stores, including to editing various details that have been notified by BBL and prepare documents to request to other related teams in order.
-Order production of the Rabbit Reader machine that has been notified to produce and preparing documents for delivering the machine to the Vendor.
-Update on stock, send out machines and receive machines back every day.
-Send an email to inform Vendor and related parties of what machines and equipment will be delivered.
-Prepare a New Card Launch document with a new design that has been notified by the Sales team, Marketing teamand Card Center team and including send the document to BTS to know when this Rabbit Card design will be used on BTS.
-Coordinate with BBL regarding to opening new stores and requesting Merchant ID numbers for néw stores.
-Coordinate with Vendors about making machines for replacement or opening additional stores. Including receiving notifications of various problems.
-Coordination daily freight operations.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
-Handle and resolve customer complaints.
-Negotiating with local, national and international freight forwarders.
-Providing detail direction and support to customers.
