• Internal auditor GMP & HACCP and ISO 9001.

• Report to Japanese management.
• Start up layer bread line, twist bread line (Japanese Style).
• Plan daily production schedules.
• Plan Raw material purchasing schedules.
• Manage and control 50 operators to have effective performance and under company’s target.
• In charge of resolving day-to-day operational/technical issues and improving efficiency of the assembly line process.
• Co-ordinate with QA department to set up GMP&HACCP system .
• Co-ordinate with QA department to supplier audit.
• Prepare budgets.
• Find new materials, research and development with R&D.
• Internal auditor GMP & HACCP and ISO 9001.
• Committeed of HACCP and ISO 9001 system set up.
• GMP & HACCP ,OJT training lecturer.
• Visit Dayplus Japan Factory for operation training and food safety.
