ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Manage insurance sales teams ( Telesales, B2C, Knock Door, Booth, Online Marketing ) agent channels, build sales teams, recruit agents from different camps / create new employees, advise and develop agents, coordinate with various departments within the organization and outside the organization
Support in development of field sales and category channel plans.
Ensure distributors are performing their roles and achieving KPI target
Recruit agents to your team, from agent level to VP of Agent, creating a strategic recruitment system
Training and developing agents in field activities, as well as pushing policies and coordinating with the training department on sales and agent development courses, including recruiting agents at all levels.
Support agents in sales and recruitment, and co-develop strategies for various activities, such as inviting agents from other camps, and building teams with CAO and CEO.
