- Providing administration support to internal & external teams including rechecking Push Notification and Pop up to be correct and accurate as planned, Handle technical issues in our area of responsibility
- Communicate with the participating team to check/inform any related information that impacts our scope of work
- Manage data and reports

- Create & maintain product packing profile in system
- Request FDA registration
- Support internal product test
- Support brand activities. e.g. Internal Launch, Booth Activities, Product Sample
- Product packshot brief to supplier or internal graphic
- NPD info to update Nielsen
- Other administrative tasks per assigned e.g. PR, PO, New Vendor Requisition, Trade Sample Preparation, Any proof tool requested from brand, Expense Claim
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to delivery tasks on time
