Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural models of buildings, incorporating elements such as walls, floors, doors, windows, and interior finishes using Revit, AutoCAD and Sketchup.
• Production of C&S drawings on Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for various stages of project
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of BIM models by incorporating design changes and updating project information.
• Conducting clash detection analysis and resolving coordination issues to minimize conflicts during construction.
• Generating detailed construction drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model for project documentation.
• Develop parametric families and templates for architectural and structural elements to standardize design elements and enhance modeling efficiency.

Prepare detailed construction drawings, schedules, and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Work closely with architects, engineers and construction teams to integrate design elements and ensure coordination across disciplines.
• Detailing and documentation of working drawings
• Gather product and structural requirements, calculating dimensions and material specifications, and creating detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Conduct site visits to collect field measurements and information for the preparation of working drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and in accordance with the design.
• Maintain accurate project records, including as-built drawings and project documentation, for future reference and maintenance purposes.
