Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and selections, manpower planning, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, staff relations, etc.
• Formulate, review and implement HR policy and compensation strategies and ensure all HR policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with local regulations
• Keep abreast of the market trend and government policy and propose new ideas on HR strategies so as to ensure competitiveness in staff retention
• Prepare HR related proposals and reports for management review
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required
Job descriptions:
1.Prepare, check and enter the data of time attendance/leave/overtime and run monthly payroll
2.Recruiting/pre-interviewing candidates then arrange the interview schedule
3.Conduct the new employee orientation
4.Prepare the evaluate employee during their probationary period and yearly
5.Coordinate with external parties related to employee benefits
6.Manage Administration team in all branches for smooth day-to-day operation
7.Other duties as assigned by the management team
8.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
9.Establish and enforce company’s by-law.
