- Managed and organized of transportationcapacity to ensure the demand for operatingresources during peak periods are efficient.
- Controlled the delivery period/SLA and optimizethe process to fulfill company promised deliverylead time to the customer.
- Tactical hub planning in terms of resources(manpower, equipment, space, etc) in line withfluctuation of weekly/monthly volume.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning,including an initiative geared towards operationalexcellence.
- Establish & keeping track daily/weekly/monthlyhub performance report, monitor & update huboperational performance in terms of its services,productivity, efficiency & cost. - Analyze issues & work closely with country teamfor corrective & preventive solutions.
- Responsible for both manpower sourcing & hubassets.
- Monitor & ensure full compliance of huboperational policies & processes.
- Carry out 5S practices within inventory area.

• Warehouse Management
- Management of finished product warehouse,P/M, R/M, Pallet.
- Management of inventory to maintain as safetystock of finish product & R/M to support salesvolume and production.
- Control stockcard and inventory correctlyaccording to the daily product shipment.- Rearrange the lay out of warehouse toincreasing amount of stock together with productsafekeeping.
- Set standard to prevent "Product movementdamaged" case.
- Analyze and summary of cliam&return of finishproducts.
- Control for the overall system of inventory andtransportation (Input-> process ->output)- Control Checkers and drivers employees.
- FIFO Inventory Management
- Manage for the non-move and over stock alongwith other teams to control these under target.
- Set cycle count & physical count to regconcilewith system.
- Report inventory to Top mangement & relatedteams.
- Development WMS.

6) TMS Delelopment
- Imptement Transportation Management System(TMS) to control delivery.
