- Control for the overall system of inventory andtransportation (Input-> process ->output)- Control Checkers and drivers employees.
- FIFO Inventory Management
- Manage for the non-move and over stock alongwith other teams to control these under target.
- Set cycle count & physical count to regconcilewith system.
