ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Internally cooperating with and assisting the Business Development team in relation to any legal matters.
- Engaging and coordinating with legal counsels from legal firms are: the ongoing major legal casesagainst/for the Company.
- Providing legal advice to all group companies.- Coordinating with external customers and suppliers.
- Monitoring and updating any legal matters that may affects the business of the Company.
- Prepare and maintain the company's annual report. Notice of Shareholders’ Meeting, Notice of Board ofDirectors’ Meeting, Minutes of Shareholders’ Meeting, and Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting in English and Thai.
- Register and Modification of registered transaction with the Department of Business Development are: TheCompany’s Articles of Association, Change of the Directors and/or Authorized Director, Capital Increase and etc.
- Draft and Review Agreements and other legal documents in English and Thai are; NDA, PDPA, Lease andService Agreement, Compromise Agreement, and etc.
