• Reviewed M&E drawings and check drawing discrepancies
• Prepared the documents to submit main contractor
• Made design and quantity surveyor. Mostly designs are VRF (VRV) System & Single Split System
• Produced a hand calculation for duct size, pipe size and cooling load by using E20 software
• Planned & scheduled the project
• Site Supervision with requirement of Site Condition
• Supervised and managed the installation works all types of air con units (split, ceiling cassette, flow stand, MV, small air cold chiller, FCU) carried out by supervisors and workers
• Coordinated for project planning, documentation, execution of site
• Daily report to Project Management
• Inspected of testing & commissioning of air conditioning
• Troubleshooted the errors and solved
• Attend technical meeting, daily site coordination meeting, safety meeting and highlights site issues to Contractors and Sub-Contractors.
