• Strong knowledge of ACMV system, Electrical system, Reverse Osmosis
system, Fire protection system, ELV system and Plumbing system.
• Performed daily operation smoothly and maintenance of the building.
• Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on all M&E systems
and equipment.
• Diagnosed and repaired problems with building systems and equipment.
• Installed, maintained, troubleshot and repaired M&E systems and
equipment.
• Assisted in handling all emergency situations when required.
• Checked and maintained the chiller systems, cooling tower, AHU,
compressor, pumps and fans.
• Inspected, maintained and repaired generator, transformer, lift, escalator,
CCTV, breakers, UPS and electrical panel.
• Checked and maintained the fire-fighting systems, sprinkler systems, fire
pump systems, fire risers, fire alarm systems and detectors.
• Informed reporting daily needs, problems and customer complains to

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Designed, installed, maintained, troubleshot and serviced for all ACMV
systems.
• Calculated the static pressure, flowrate, velocity, tank size, duct size, pipe
size, pump head, the cooling load and planned the work scope.
• Prepared schematic drawings and liaise with design team for drawing
submission.
• Prepared BQ and list of necessary equipment and materials based on the
tender drawing for supplier quotation.
• Purchased order for the equipment, materials and arranged delivery for site
installation.
• Coordinated and met with other parties as client, main contract.
• Estimated the cost of material, labour management and other requirements
based on approved drawing and on-ground situation.
• Ensured progress schedule, quality standard is maintained, site inspection
and technical issues are resolved on time.
• Prepared the daily work programs and reported to Project Engineer.
• Documents Controlling and other tasks assigned by Project Engineer.
