-Work as Sales and Marketing Manager for 2 global eyewear brands i.e. Maui Jim and Orgreen
-Work closely with a world-class luxury company, Kering Group, on planing and proposing a full year marketing plan both online and offline marketing
-Work on P&L management to maximizing the profits and minimizing the expenses
-Start building brand awareness by contacting KOLs/Influencers to promote the brand e.g. Maui Jim, which is the active eyewear brand which I had did product seeding to K.Toey Pongsakorn (a Thai actor with 1.7M followers on Instagram) and others sport/active lifestyle influencers to promote the brand without spending money and all the social media posts are organic
-Collect all the Post-event report for ROI evaluation
-Work as a sales representative by collecting sales orders, creating in-store marketing for client's store, planning the full year in-store
marketing plan and propose to Kering Group for implementation and also the promotion to drive sales Forecast and manage inventory both product and POSM to ensure that it meets market demand Ensure that presentation of the brand at all client stores meet the requirement of Kering Group

-Work as an Eyewear Sales Representative for Thom Browne / Oliver Peoples / Mr.Leight and Garrett Leight in Thailand and provide assistant to clients all over the country. Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly sales reporting to the team
-Hit and exceeded department KPIs for 3 years in a row during the pandemic (the total sales more than 58 million Baht has been generated during the last 3 years and not including half year of 2023 that I have achieved more than 50% of KPIs at the end of June 2023) around 15% growth of sales from 2020 to 2021 and around 20% growth of sales from 2021 to 2022
-Work with the Sales team on creating annual sales promotions / setting sales targets and conducting monthly meetings to review the sales performance and finding the way to achieve the sales target
-Conduct Annual Event 2 times a year to present all the eyewear brands' new collections to the client / make appointment / presenting the collection / collecting the sales at the end of the day of the event for evaluation
-Work with the Marketing team on creating the new collection launch event and/or new brand launch event by inviting all VIP clients to the event / hosting the event and presenting the eyewear collection to each VIP clients and press
-Build a strong brand image by conveying an in-depth brand story which is a foundation of selling luxury products and also offers excellent experiences in the after-sales service to impress the clients
-Conduct sale trips at least 3 times a year to Northern, Southern, and North-Eastern parts of Thailand to present the latest eyewear collection, take orders, and visit client’s stores to build a rapport with clients
-Conduct brand training and sales training for all the clients
-Coordinate with the Marketing team on creating a year plan finding KOLs / Influencer to promote the brand and to support sales of our retailers
-Coordinate with Visual Merchandise to create shopping window to meet requirements of the brands and clients

-Work closely with one of the most valuable global company 'LVMH Group' and has been appointed to join the Regional Marketing Convention in Dubai with only 6 months experiences as a Brand Manger for Givenchy Beauty Thailand.
-Prepare and execute all marketing proposals and post-event evaluation, to evaluate effectiveness of the activities for example the launch of new Givenchy lipstick 'Le Rouge Liquide' that I was a Project Manager which I chose Nisamanee one of the most well-known influencer in Thailand to do VLOG and I also featured in her video / coordinate with Sephora Thailand to request for space and available time slot for the new product launch event and also coordinate with the contractor to produce an installation follow the LVMH's guideline for eye-catching and marketing purpose / Create all activities for a 7 days new product launch event and lastly, collect all the post-event feedbacks from the all press for evaluation
-Project Manager for the opening of 2 new Givenchy cosmetics and fragrance counters at ZEN and Siam Takashimaya at Icon Siam from the blueprint to coordinate with the contractor from Hongkong and inspect to make sure all the specification were done right and nicely. Create a grand opening event by inviting celebrities, press and a global make-up artist including managing all catering and also hosting the event.
-Work closely with Sales Manager, Regional & Local Demand Planner to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and marketing programs
-Establish a brand strategy, ensuring healthy sales performance that will eventually achieve the Company’s sales target and objectives and support positive business growth
-Create a strong brand image and to increase the product's perceived value to the customer and thereby increase brand equity Monitoring and compiling monthly competitor activities
-In terms of cost management; analysis of reports and variances and preparation of annual sales budget and forecasts, administrate, review and control brand’s A&P expenses including monitoring its Net Operating Profit
-Develop promotional master plan and ensure timely procurement of promotional reserves
