ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Manage 15 stores revenue and budget, including all necessary cost in company profit and loss.
• Opening 20 different type of restaurants under company’s branding.
• Manage investment plan for opening a new store, create team meeting for opening new store project from very first step until store opening.
• Generate revenue by coaching staff on effective prospecting, lead development strategies and handle operations.
• Create marketing project for brand and set up a meeting with marketing team.
• Meeting with head office team for improving weekly feedback from Human Resource, Accounting, Marketing and admin departments.
• Set up monthly meeting with all brands manager for feedback result and implement PDCA plan for each store improvement.
• Coordinate work with overseas department and meeting with local department for each project work.
• Searching for new franchisee customer to expand company business opportunity.
• Set up monthly meeting with franchisee for improving business and relationship.
• Developing grand menu, monthly menu, special menu including other brands under company
• Visiting all branches in company business for store check, feedback with management team and making a visitation report.
• Set up monthly meeting with supplier for feedback of product and service, cost reducing and developing new menu for each brand.
• Meeting with all landlord about sales feedback, implement improving plan, developing company brand and maintaining relationship with landlord.
• Study from business competitor both direct and indirect, and make a business strategy for brand challenge.
• Visiting new area and exhibitions for business development purpose.
• Making new staff recruitment and interview for head office and front store.
• Support import and export jobs including warehouse manage for company business.
