• Take responsibility for the daily paperwork about ordering.
• Work with the kitchen team to produce food for the unit to a high standard daily.
• Assist the Head Chef with ordering and menu planning.
• Receive orders from the kitchen to enter the market into the Micros- Materials control system.
• Coordinate ordering with the purchasing department, for example, ordering a pan, knife, spatula
• Coordinate with the sales department regarding seminars and food menus.
• Coordinate with the sales department regarding snack break menus during meetings and coordinate with the relevant kitchen departments.
• Take care of all kitchen staff's documents such as leave in the system.
• Coordinating with the purchasing department to find prices and order new equipment such as refrigerators and combi ovens.
• Assigned to inspect the work site in cases where the supervisor is not present to report results, such as inspecting the restaurant buffet line or food arranged for a meeting.

• Provide a daily meal service supplying breakfasts, snacks, midday meals, drinks, and lunch.
• Carry out any special and ad hoc projects as assigned by Executive Chef
• Perform all secretarial and administrative duties to the standard required to ensure smooth operation.
• Manage and be responsible for all departmental documentation (i.e.) menus, recipes, forms, letters, etc. Moreover, to manage documents for special occasions – Thai Food Promotion, and Food Competition.
• Ensure the filing system in the Executive Chef’s office is orderly maintained & kept secure
