• Manage, carry on and do any and all things necessary or expedient to be done for efficiently conducting the business, operations and affairs of the Bank's branch. (Business, Compliance, IT, Accounting, Project development, Customer service, etc.)
• Recruit and hire employee: engage, employ, control in all respects, remove, suspend and dismiss all the Bank's branch employees.
• Arrange, negotiate, make approve, grant or participate in any loans, loan syndications, advance, and all other types of credit facilities.
• Enforce and sue for payment, delivery and transfer of all debts, and claims of all kinds.

• Monitor and control credit risk and operations risk in the service of the international trade team.
• Cooperate with the Thai Bankers' Association to develop and upgrading the provision of products and services to the banking industry.
• Create and modify employee schedules with service levels in mind.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of services performed, profit and budget information.
• Help out in sales and service areas as needed and maintain comprehensive current knowledge of operation.

1. Achieved target with apply RMB business license (doing banking business with Chinese Yuan) to People Bank of China (PBoC). To conduct RMB transaction, there are many tasks to be done such as strategy planning, presentation, coordinating with related person, controlling for creation new office, setting up new IT systems, etc.
