• Manage, carry on and do any and all things necessary or expedient to be done for efficiently conducting the business, operations and affairs of the Bank's branch. (Business, Compliance, IT, Accounting, Project development, Customer service, etc.)
• Recruit and hire employee: engage, employ, control in all respects, remove, suspend and dismiss all the Bank's branch employees.
• Arrange, negotiate, make approve, grant or participate in any loans, loan syndications, advance, and all other types of credit facilities.
• Enforce and sue for payment, delivery and transfer of all debts, and claims of all kinds.
• Responsible for agreement of purchase, lease hire-purchase or otherwise acquire and hold movable or immovables properties on behalf of the Bank.
• Motivate and coach employees to meet their goals such as service, sales, and compliance goals.
• Strengthening the relationship all parties (government agencies and the private sector).
• Prepare business plans and drive the team to generate income to cover expenses and profits as expected by the bank.
• Manage and control asset and Liability especially on liquidity management for maximize branch profit and opportunity.
