ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• To support quotation and Coordination Business Development / Account Management / Operation team related information which required.
• To assist and monitor subcontractor performance after the project go-live.
• To sourcing the vendor, evaluated vendor and Register vendor in the systems.
• Able to source Adhoc trucks in peak periods or high season to support each operation (Warehouse GBKK ZONE , Ayuthaya, Lopburi)
• Implement initiatives that ensure cost containment, maximize profit and meet budget and customer objective.
• Assisting accounting team to provide documents to external audit.
• Contract, PDPA and NDA issuing and monitoring.
• Able to conduct meeting with the subcontractor when there is any issue or problem.
• Able to source new potential vendors in the logistics market to keep them in our selection list.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• To manage and control Export shipment to achieve as target of Sales Order.
• To check and control daily plan and fluctuated order from customer.
• To monitor the commercial invoice from customer for checking the sufficiency inventory.
• Feedback to customer when inventory insufficiency for revising the export shipment.
• To plan loading export shipment schedule in each warehouse destination upon the inventory located with transporter & customer.
• To monitor the vehicle ontime loading bay as loading time schedule indicated or not.
• To confirm physical loading picture (the readiness of loading container and product) Tally check, loading export report by container type and no.
• To source Achoc 18W truck when export shipment order suddenly increase and high period in order to 100% fulfilled customer order.
• To qualify safety tools & equipment from outsource truck before utilization.
• Closing Export shipment and cutting stock over WMS system.
• To conclude and analyze monthly loading report to customer against Sales Order Report.
• To support cost savings project from management.
