ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. วางแผนการทำงานของสาขาด้านการตลาดเพื่อสร้างผลผลิตตามเป้าหมาย ที่บริษัทกำหนด ตามนโยบายขององค์กร 2.ควบคุมดูแลระบบงานและบุคคลากรของสาขา 3.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการตลาด ทั้งธุรกิจประกันภัย และธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4.บริหารความสัมพันธ์คู่ค้า ลูกค้า ตัวแทน เดิมใหม่และเก่า 5.ขยายงานโดยหาลูกค้า และ recruit ตัวแทนเพิ่มเติม

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• RTMS : Recruit, Training, Motivation and Supervising.
• Key account management.
• Set up campaign for Agent activity.
• To conduct Kick-off meeting with branch’s agents brief the launching campaign and make sure the campaign run smoothly
• Focus on renewal retention.
• Focus on cross selling/upgrade the benefit for all marketing channel.
• Monitor and provide reports analysis and action plan to present to manager.
• Building up relationship with partners, Agent/Broker and all distribution team.
• KPI Quality of all training, passing rate, Agent/Broker productive and NPS score for quality of training.
• Focus on profits and lose by branch.
• Set up meeting with WebEx and Zoom (social distancing)
• To build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal staff. This includes gaining an in-depth knowledge of the business to ensure that all relationship management procedures are communicated and follow.
• Coordinate with internal departments and business partners to resolve issues such as complaints, claims, cancellation, billing and payment difficulties etc.
