Consistently push the parcels to be in line with the standard of 3 delivery max attempt with 7 days of age.

Consider the Return with max age limit of 7 days or with certain fail reason while verifying if is valid or not

Ensure all case escalation being made on time with the follow up and final outcome within time bound

Ensure all Pending case & Pending Ninja case are all tackle and being closed within time bound

Weekly force refund from consignee complaints, this will relate to FIN team.

Work with warehouse fulfilment process. Include import and export, Storage, cycle count. Make sure all shipment arrived at the warehouse with no issue if found any will solve the case.

Coordinate with CN/HK shipper if there is any issue with the parcels.


Other duties may be assigned as necessary so long as the duties assigned reasonably related to the job/position.
