-Plan, execute, optimize, and develop all of the social media strategies of LINE BK channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LINE OA (Rich Message/LINE VOOM), and TikTok.
- Ideate, create and brief each channel's suitable type of content to maintain and engage with customers on all platforms.
- Manage social media content traffic for all LINE BK media channels, collaborating with internal teams such as product, lending, banking, insurance, and others.
-Set up content on LINE BK channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LINE OA (LINE Broadcast, LINE VOOM), and TikTok. Additionally, I have to manage my online time slots well with the LINE OA platform because they have over 7 million users and 3 million users for LINE VOOM.
- Checking and confirming the LINE OA broadcast, date and time, target audience criteria, topic, and all text from every team that wants to book a slot
- Plan, create a storyboard, and manage internal KOLs to produce VDO content for LINE BK Tiktok. including editing over 8–10 financial product videos on a variety of subjects.
- Prepare artwork briefs for the graphic designer to create single posts, albums, infographics, etc.
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and support everyone on the marketing team.
- Analyze own channels' contents/posts using key media metrics (including but not limited to reach / impression, engagement, click, and conversion) to identify, evaluate, and make recommendations for improvement.

- Plan, execute, and optimize assigned marketing strategies, and roadmap for omnichannel marketing communication plan from Q1-Q4.
- Involve in ideation/creation of influencer campaign and manage KOL/influencers; Analyze & monitor KOL performances.
- Work closely with the tenant's marketing team to help promote the restaurants and promotions such as happy hours, combo sets, and signature dishes.
- Partner with internal resources and external to develop an engaged fan base across the relevant social media platforms.
- Prepare creative brief for the graphic design team in order to create ISM, OOH, and social media content.
- Create a CRM strategy to encourage customer retention and loyalty and work with Marketing for execution. Especially with E-mail marketing, SMS, The1 mobile application, and Central mobile application.
- Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) by using social listening tools.
