Role & Responsibilities:
Category strategy & Plan:
- Work hard with leader in developing category strategy with marketing team for deliver channel growth by top to down strategy with head quarter office then deploy all year plan to sales team.
- To start with NPD networking plan for smooth launch to route-to-market by co-working with marketing team and sale team for landing NPD schematic into market.
- Lead in development category and channel plan across channels co work with marketing team and sale team or distribution
Pricing strategy & Promotion Price guideline:
- Analyze and do plan wholes of price guideline; MT, CVS, Makro, MT Online & E-Commerce with deep analyze for prevent price conflict channels.
- Plan price strategy, Price structure and Promotion plan both existing SKUS and NPD portfolio.
- Analyze and tracking promotion evaluation in each accounts.
Execution:
- Prepare POSM visibility in-store align promotion guideline, work with channel team, PC team and Sale Modern Trade and GT team for ensure POSM guideline by customers (All Modern Trade channels)
- Deploy trade marketing plan to PC team (NPD and PC conference)
- Deploy sale and trade deal to distribution: DKSH, align with marketing strategy.
Data Analyze:
- Lead of Nielsen for analyze sales data and consumer insight from home use test & shopper insight from various offtake data sources and sell-in data (SAP) to review performance especially JBP or Business review by account in each Half Year Review.
- Analyze off take data in each channels base on in each project; Promotion Evaluation and Tier Evaluations
- Prepare and analyze story telling of Modern trade Business Review, Annual JBP both MT and GT in term of channel plan or NPD launching.
Key Interface Teams: CEO, Sale Director, Marketing Team, Sales Team (MT,CVS,GT,E-Com & MS channel), Demand Team, Trade Operation team, Trade Marketing channel Team, PC team and Nielsen Team
