ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Provide end-user and problem resolution for computers, laptop/notebook computers, printers and
other peripheral hardware, and software applications.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
- Maintaining records of software licenses, computers and hardware
- Managing stocks of equipment and asset tag, consumables and other supplies
- Purchasing IT equipment and coordinate with the vendor team
- Being responsible for any task assigned by manager
