To Manage production activities to reach production target.
To Manage the related activities, reach quality.
To Manage safety working condition and Protect environment.
Improve machine and tooling management.
Coordinate with sale and development to trial prototype for new model.
Conduct the training and provide guidelines for new/update and standard.
Total No. of immediate subordinate under 2 Engineers plus 32 direct productivity staff.
Confirm machine set up follow standard parameter.
Maintain machine tools.
Analysis technical problem record and brainstorm with subordinates
to solve the tooling problem with suitable cost.
Contact Planning and Logistics section produce glass follow production. plan
contact purchasing section to order consumable parts or modify machine. tools.
Contact with cost control section to validate glass production report and
Stock control finance section if cash advance and expenses declaration are needed.
To manage and arrange shift working for team.
