Responsibility on policy from company/management then make KPI by activity follow up company/management policy. After that, make the plan to success KPI. Management and control KPI as plan. Review the plan for check optimize. Monthly meeting and report the KPI result to manager.
Set maintenance plan. And forecast budget for maintenance schedule. Management and control plan to success maintenance work. Review the maintenance of “Electrical power system” then in case of some item not according to plan. Such as “Maintenance’s budget over”.
Improvement of spare part by check life time of spare part compare between spec and actual. Can be extend usage life time more than part specification then update WI and inspection sheet.
Review, optimize, reduction maintenance process on manpower and step of work to reduce waste man power and lost time.
Control maintenance plan (Utility &Facility), ensure the performance of system.
Prevent system breakdown. Cause of production line breakdown. Electrical system (Transformer, MDB, LP, Main machine, Lighting, UV lighting, Ground, Fire alarm, Emergency and exit light, Lightning system). Operate PM (Preventive Maintenance) by SAP.
- Follow up PM plan (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months)
- Co-operation with 3rd party to audit and check, submit report “Annual certify electrical system” to government (กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม, กรมสวัสดิการฯ).
Electrical energy summarize report. An allocate to each department (warning in case of over usage by compare with the last data (3 months)). Monitoring demand of energy to maintain or improvement system. And report to manager.
Monthly summary maintenance cost and report to manager, Monthly summary maintenance data and performance analyze to maintain or improvement system. Then, report the result to manager.

- Response on material control support production by monthly, weekly, daily plan. Sourcing new and local parts in Thailand.
- Receive forecast schedule from customer then review part on stock and order/looking for alternative part to archive production schedule.
- Sourcing alternative part on recommend part from customer by contact supplier to get parts.
- Co-operation with customer to follow and share progress, to follow up customer schedule.
- Analyze part inventory and stock record different, then correct data in ERP.
- Management local team on sub-contact, make sure sub-contact to do follow up WI and response by coaching and training.
- Part usages improvement activity by co-operation with warehouse and production on control part usages on critical part, can reduce cost on part usages and lost time of delivery new part to factory.

Create electrical part list form transformer, MDB panel, LOAD center then summary part, customer meeting on electrical part summary.
Prepare on site temporary area for working on site, contact to customer to set location and check actual location before installation temporary working office.
Forecast and manage man power from main schedule total project, follow up operator to do follow schedule.
Customer meeting, share progress on electrical section to customer and report complete percentage and issue.
Final test and summary report on electrical section , submit report and meeting explain details to customer to get approve.
