• Manage and plan work in Engineering on site Department.
• Co-ordinate with Sales and Marketing Department.
• Plan for assign to responsible persons in each section and operational control.
• Verify check the report data and risks assessment of work in the department.
• Planning manpower, tools and vehicles in the department for service on -site operations.
• Considered, decided, analyzed solutions to problems of work in the on -site engineering. Department. and present guidelines and solve to Managing Director.
• Check and control teamwork to comply with the rules, and regulations of the company.
• Improve, change, develop work in guidelines with company policies for maximum efficiency. and control the budget to an appropriate level
• Consider and analyzing the potential and skills of employees in department. and evaluate employees to have quality according to company policy.
