Establish Inspection plan for new model or product transfer for OQA inspection.
Cooperate with NPI for support FAIR & CTQ Qualification report for new product
Prepare procedure, work instruction of OQA system control
OQA LAR performance review and problem shooting for improvement request to
Engineering and PD.
Provide and Review LAT report and submission.
Responsible for Data Monitoring trend of CTQ parameter or upon superior request
Cooperate and working with Measurement/Calibration team for MSA and Calibration
support.
Support Problem solving and follow up quality feedback from customer.
Manage subordinate to support and maintain for quality system.
Review daily NCR / problem shooting and highlight to manage.
Support Create/Update parameters into the SPC system and coordinate with SPC
engineer.
