- Serve and greet customer at service counter.
- Analyze and fix mobile/notebook under ASUS Brand.
- Fix network and server of the branch when problems happened.
- Prepare monthly report and KPI report to head office.
- Maintain network and server system in the good condition.
- Control and manage stock in the branch.
