ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Coordinate with any concerned to ensure that the operations run smoothly for customer.
-Follow up all supporting documents about cargo.
-Create booking in cargo spot system and confirm booking to customer.
-Tracing shipment and ensure cargo move without delay.
-Coordinate with HQ and destination to monitor shipments.
-Create cargo sale report, daily and monthly report.
-Answer customer inquiries by telephone and email.
-Support sale team to update rate and flight routing to customer via email and phone call.
-Monitor customer calls/emails in order to provide cargo movement.
-Communicate with managers and other departments to meets customer service objectives.
