• Focus on priority channels (SCG Dealer) and ensure channel plan & growth strategies are
developed that deliver channel growth based on customer and consumer requirement.
• Explore new channel of HomeSmile's business to expand from existing (Local Contractor, Homebuilder, Developer, Banking, etc.)
• Identify HomeSmile's NPD and service solutions that capture channel requirements and
lead project cross-functionally.
• Responsible for the promotion and marketing of HomeSmile's product and service within
a select sector of the market and via specific channel.
• Research and analyze new business opportunities in the industries and related market
segments to identify new markets and customer needs
• Develop marketing strategies to make share growth by thoroughly exploiting all additional
opportunities in assigned segments.
• Support sales team and marketing to build and develop long-term relationships with new
and existing customers.
• Responsible for overall retail sales and SCG sales to achieve target.
• Plan and control workflow and work’s direction to meet the company’s strategy.
• Control, analyze and develop sales process (Sales Activities and KPIs) as a team with directors
and business development.
• Train and develop quality staffs to be able to work in the direction as assigned.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow for delivering to customers.
