• Manage and Maintenances Control Network system
• Support all user in organize and find any solution to fix issues.
• Control Computer by Active Directory and other system
• Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems
• Monitor Network and traffic internet system
• Setup and install software and hardware
• Fix and solve problem about computer and equipment
• Support about Document and daily check performance other
• Trend Micro Antivirus Server Configuration, Maintenance, Control, Log
• Test Freeware for use in organize with (Performance, Virus/Malware, Memory, Firewall , Windows Service , User Account ) Follow the principle of ISO27001
• Setup and Configuration Lotus Notes (Email Software) and troubleshooting
• Implement Software for Support user (remote, Install/Uninstall, Inventory HW/SW)
• Consultant Computer technique for PANASONIC group company in Thailand

• Manage and Maintenances Network System and all system about computer
• Support Customs Organization, OGA
• Install and Maintenances Server and Including Database Such as Ms Access
• Support all Staff about computer system and any tools
• Install software program such as Windows (all) Acrobat, Office, other.
• Setup and Maintenances Network operation, Including assembly of Network hardware.
• Monitor network traffic and make necessary recommendations for additional resources or hardware /software manage bandwidth.
• Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems.
• Control document and update data information report.
• Support about Document and any work for Admin Department if user request.
• Implement Thin Client for any user (Wyse Solution)
