• Preparing Packaging drawing, Quotation, BOM, PFC, Schedule Plan, Trial plan, PD plan, Delivery plan, Master product.
• Review about product design must be without risk of quality by response as Customer requirement.
• Validation test and Control quality the product according to Customer standard before delivery.
• To be control the makers about JIT in production by used 7 waste in control and follow up Customer standard.
Reason of Leaving : Would like to be back in the manufacturing industry to challenge in Automotive electric and grow up career in Management team.
Remark : Gap of work between April until July 2022 was preparation capital for opening family business.

• Handle the New model PD Line layout, PD Line balancing of process Injection => Plating => Assembly => Packaging.

• Adviser about APQP New model & PPAP 18items to Junior Engineer.
• Leader about VAVE Packaging will finding by new technology for cost saving without effect to Quality, Cost, Delivery of Customer.
• Set trial plan after that assign tasks to my crews to trial vibration test and check appearance occurs scratched after test.
Achievements : Succeeded in saving 13 million THB by finding new technology for packaging at Minth Asia Pacific which made me getting best employee award in 2021.

• Adviser about technology questions to core team about problem in the production line.

• Adviser QA team to used PFMEA to solving about quality issued from supplier.
• Control defect HPP & LPP pipe, Clutch production line must be achieve KPI target.
• Leader in created and prepare new process parameters optimization. (CV FTM, OEE, Scrap, Setup time, Tooling consumption)
• Leader in finding Waste, VA/VE cost saving.
• Prepare trial plan then inform to new project team to coordinate with PC team to stop PD line for trial new model product and record problem in Trial record and pre-process capability study Ppk > 1.67.
Achievements : Succeeded in saving 360,000 THB/Year by cycle time reducing in process defect at Schaeffler.

Handle the APQP Team Leader and driving to achieve new model requirements. (PPAP 18 items)
• Prepare new model document such as Process Cost, BOM , PFC, Process design GD&T, PFMEA, Control Plan, ECR/PCR, POS. and Mat’l & component drawing preparing.
• Designing line lay out, line balancing, process flow, tooling concept and creating work instruction.
• Providing OEE summaries, bottom neck actions, and calculating C.T in capacity format (CV Ford, HVPT Toyota, ANPQP Renault & Nissan, Honda)
Prepare trial plan then inform to PC team to stop the PD line for trial new model product and record problem in Trial record and preliminary process capability study Ppk > 1.67.
• Reviewing cycle time and improvement by will assign task to my crews to improvement in case process change after mass production.
• Cooperating with production for trial new parts.
• Managing tools, jigs and fixture and various other equipment for new models.
• Solving problems on the production line using QC7Tools, Kaizen, 3Mu and 7 Waste principles.
• Controlling IMDS, SOC, ELV of new model.
Achievements : 1.) Succeeded in saving 1 million THB/Year by developing internal process instead of using outsourcing service at USUI. 2.) 3rd awards USUI QCC challenge , 3.) The winner APQP USUI Olympic awards 2016Y.
