Management of maintenance section:
Standardize maintenance and preventive maintenanceprocesses.
Establish a system for managing spare parts, machinery,and materials within the factory.
Enhance and optimize the operations of the maintenancesection to improve efficiency and meet the internalcustomer's needs.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sectionand individual employees.
Define Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for the sectionand individual employees.

Management of lean sigma section:
Initiate projects aimed at improving and enhancingmanufacturing processes, targeting six projects per yearwith the goal of increasing organizational profits by 30million baht per year.
Implement a standardized working system for NewProduct Development (NPD).
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sectionand individual employees.
Define Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for the sectionand individual employees.

Management of construction section:
Oversee construction activities to ensure alignment withthe project plan.
Conduct surveys and implement improvements toenhance the safety of buildings within the factory.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sectionand individual employees.
Define Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for the sectionand individual employees.

Asst. production director section:
Provide support for various projects within the productionteam.
Collaborate with the Production Director to strategize thedevelopment of the production team, encompassing theProduction, Planning, Quality Assurance, and Engineeringdepartments.
