- Perform Know Your Client (KYC) responsibilities as a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) certified checker on the due diligence
- Perform full KYC responsibilities as maker on the due diligence
- Perform full ownership drill-down of the clients
- Outreach to the clients and Relationship Managers to obtain the clients' information
- Manage the due diligence to be completed within a target timeline
- Ensure the accuracy of information through the bank system
- Support other countries' KYC to be completed within the target
