Test the quality of the Raw latex ,conc. latex and dry rubber Assure the quality of them to follow the customer's Coordinate with Superior to test and make sure on specification and issue COA for management approval before shipping to customer The tested parameters as following %DRC, %TSC, MST, KOH, High/ Low Ammonia, %VFA.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1) Control water plant system, DI water, soft water, environmental treatment system, de chlorination, scrubber, waste water treatments
2) Preventive maintenance / Predictive maintenance of treatment system machineries
3) Set annual targets with team and reviewed by management ,control spending , water plant cost, control quality according to ISO9001, GMP, ISO13485, ISO14001, handle internal , external quality audits, set timelines for submitting work according to the goals of subordinates/teams,
Spot check/audit the safety of suppliers and subordinates
4) Follow up and lead meeting to follow up on pending action of environmental issues
5) Lead , follow up team and update on progressing on company's quality goals achievement.
6) Update the department KPIs in QMS, Cost/budget management, company safety
7) Analyze the department cost reduction projects, saving projects, boiler/water chemical optimization, scrubbers chemical optimization
8) Coordinate the relevant teams in each section in the Facility department, lead meet/ do follow up/jointly take care of spending results, spending plan for all weekly monthly and annually as assignment by management.
9)audit 5S ,spot check 5S of each area
10) Coordinate related teams, both Facility and operation team , lead meeting and follow up/jointly prepare annual energy report for reviewing and submitting the energy department of Thailand government.
11) Coordinate related teams, both Facility, and operation to meet/follow up/jointly prepare monthly environmental report (ทส1-2) and 6 months report of รว 1,2,2/1, and รว 3.
12)Safety audit/spot check suppliers the safety , Lead suppliers to work according to the company's safety rule and the safety regulations.

22)Maintain YTD of 5S score ≥ 96% in every area under responsibility.
23)Steam consumption reduction at post rinse # 1-3 for Sterling OLC product
24)Boiler stack heat recovery for factory to recovery heat from boiler stack to heat up the raw water for production instead of using the steam in dipping process The project will be able to reduce the steam consumption and resulted cost saving.
25) Eliminate Steam lost / energy wastage, Changing all steam trapes in dipping line in order to minimizing steam lost and install condensate recovery unit to keep condensate of steam and directly send back to boiler.
26) Save water to reduce water consumption that supplied to coagulant tank to eliminate the water cooling for coagulant tank at factory using cooling tower.
27)Water treatment chemical and City water cost reduction, initiation of Partial DI for Chlorination process, improve water supply to chlorination by improve capacity of DI plant and some piping.
28)Water saving through water gel reduction, changing water treatment chemical by using PAC instead of ALUM resulting in significant reduction of water gel formation in the leaching tanks and able to last longer retention of the water replacement, saving is determined by water cost reduction due to reduce frequency in changing water of leaching tanks.
29) Scrubber Chemical usage optimization, This project is to improve the chemical dosing pump to optimum size which is smaller than the current units, resulting in chemical usage reduced with no effected to environment.
30) Waste water treatment ponds Defoamer saving, to reduce defoamer consumption by modifying and optimizing stroke pumps, This will reduce the dosage of the defoamer with no effect to environment.
30,A) Waste water sludge disposal cost reduction, separating the water tanks back wash water to de-sludge process and then collect the soil sludge for agricultural activity instead, the soil sludge from back wash is no toxicity contain confirmed by external lab and approved by Ministry of Industry
