ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
เป็นการฝึกประสบการณ์ในการทำงานระหว่างเรียน
- Welcome guests by serving a welcome drink guests check in and serving a farewell drink when guests check out.
- Answer incoming calls from external and in house.
- Assist quests request such as housekeeping, room service and inquiry.
- Send emails to guests such as confirmation transport, reserve facilities, and inquiry.
- Reserve a restaurant in the Table
Agent system.
- Add all job requests to FCS1 such as job buggy cars, job housekeeping and job maintenance.
