• Research and development of food product -Develop new and existing product.
• Control & Manage all Research and development function including study and develop new production new line /new facilities and support the new project.
• Responsible for all formulation and process data on development projects and product innovation on all production.
• Establish process condition and develop technical standards to ensure process stability.
• Apply Foods technology to reduce loss/waste in processing and packing lines.
• Product development together with the marketing department to increase sale and ensure all key dates/timeline are met for on-time the target.
• Audit-packaging or coordinator of any problems found during audit and keep the confidential data of all audit information.
