Brand: Imperial Leather Soap, Imperial Leather Body Wash, Cussons Baby Powder, Cussons Baby
Bath, Cussons Baby Oil, Morning Fresh dish wash, Carex hand wash, etc. )
Directly involved in the installation line production SOAP’s new factory and successful
implementation of new machinery, test equipment, inspection equipment and automation for
machining and assembling for SOAP products new factory.
Design production assembly process flow and manufacturing assembly method for new
products. And design material flow chart then set up the conveyor, machines and method
for material handling of assembly line production SOAP, POWDER and LIQUIDS products.
Be project’s team leader and achieved 5 working days project in existing factory with
increase productivity in 5 days to cover 6 days working a week and increased the Overall
Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) from 67% to 85% in 3 months. Achieved the Cost saving project
with decreased 10% of electricity expense, fuel oil and consumable expense in whole factory.
Be project’s team leader for Margin Improvement Project of whole site.
Be project owner to develop OEE program on web (intranet) and train operator/user about 6
Big loss and OEE measurement.
Promoted and participated in multifunctional continuous improvement teams that improved
assembly and machining quality and productivity. Selected analytical techniques to resolve
production issues and worked with product design.
Recommends methods for improving labour efficiency by training programs (TPM, KAIZEN,
7QC Tools, Problem Solving, SMED, Small Group Activity and Cost of Quality) and reducing
waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, relocating work stations and
equipment.
Set new standard time and line balancing for POWDER production line in mixing process and
filling line. While increase machine capacity to absorb production volume high.
Establishes work measurement programs in Soap production line and analyzes work samples
to develop standards for labour utilization which increase labour skills to packing bar soap
from 8 bars/min/person to 14 bars/min/person.
Develop management systems for cost analysis, financial planning. Prepared and set the
annual budget for whole factory about the labour expense, electricity expense, consumable
expense and general expense. And set the standard cost of products in term of Labour rate,
Variable Overhead rate and Fixed Overhead rate for costing department to calculation cost of
product and quotation price with customers.
Set standard routing in MFG Pro (MRP Computer Program) of all active products to use in
production line which relate the product cost. And revised when the process change or BOM
change to be the competitive cost.
Assisted in obtaining the manufacturing ISO 9000 certification in 2007 and prepared GMP’s
document and plan to improve infrastructures for qualified the GMP certificate on Jan 2008.
Created training programs and training for employees such as Cost Reduction, Cost
management, Problem Solving, IE Technique, KAIZEN, TPM(FI Pillar), Operation Management,
Personal Hygiene in GMP and Others course.

products be involvement separate by categories are:
1. Cosmetics Products such as: Johnson and Johnson’s Products: Johnson Soft Wash,
Johnson’s Clean and Clear Facial Wash and skin care, Johnson’s baby oil, Johnson’s baby
powder etc.
2. Pharmaceutical Products such as: Gripe Water, AIR-X TABLETS, Betadine Solution, TCMYCIN,
VAPEX INHALANT, Silom medical products etc.
