-Contact with US Quality engineer to set up standard of product as regulation and safety requirement
-Follow up and find out the corrective and preventive action that occurs (CAPA report)
-Follow up NC report from production and process engineer
-Investigation the potential problem with statistical tool to set up for process control
-Main lead to support Quality audit ISO9001 and customer audit

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Analyze data to identify potential problems and product quality improvement.
• Ensure export product to meet quality targets and customer requirement.
• Provide all quality information including statistical analyze report to concern function for generate proactive and preventive action plan.
• Monitor and coordinate with quality control team for assuring semi-product
• Manage and support quality, environment, safety and laboratory management system such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 17025 etc.
• Perform analyses for special sample by special equipment tools via XRD to support production/process solution and special clinker and cement improvement project
• Create special research projects and innovation via Six sigma tools such as alternative raw material utilization for cost reduction project

• Collect information about claim issue to find countermeasure and preventive outflow problem with cooperative team.
• Get information and analyze nonconforming battery from our customer such as Toyota, Honda, Isuzu and General Motors etc.
• Make either analysis of quality information with relevant team or need information support as customer requirement.
• Collaborate with customer and following standard of each customer.
• Create full PPAP document which used for audits from customer such as control plan, process flow, product audit, monthly inspection data, full layout data, test results, and other information to support customer.
